Delivery Times:
The express delivery takes 2-3 days to Europe and 3-5 days to the rest of the world. Please NOTE that during holidays and special events there might be unexpected delays with delivery. We do not take responsibility for that as we do not control the logistics.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress. You can also check the status of your delivery by viewing My Orders in your account. The tracking number will be visible in your order.

IMPORTANT NOTES

We do NOT ship during national holidays and weekends. Delays due to weather conditions, holidays seasons, late flights, etc. can occur – unfortunately we are not able to control them. Custom made items may take longer due to their original character. In time of sales and events the proceeding time can be extended. Please be sure to leave us your full address with correct information or else the package might get lost or returned back to us. In such cases, the customers would need to cover the shipping costs, resulting from incorrect shipping information.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We want you to have the best online shopping experience, so if you have any problems with your order, please contact us.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, you may use your preferred shipping method to send the item back to us. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior request and approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
